Suntro House by Jorge Hernandez de La Garza

Today it?s prestigious to have contemporary white house. We have already described North Bay Road Residence and now we are going to review another beautiful project with white facades. Suntro House was designed by architect Jorge Hernandez de la Garza, in Mexico. The house seems very quiet and peaceful with its white façade and equally snow-white interiors, and at nightfall it begins to shine like a jewel. Magnificent overview of the surrounding mountains and valleys opens from the windows of the house. Crystal clear air of the place, the beauty of nature combines with a comfortable home, where you can live and work. Suntro House is just the perfect place to live, how do you think?

Café Foam in Stockholm, Sweden by Note Design Studio

If you are in Stockholm city in Sweden you won’t regret if visiting the cozy Café Foam which recently presented its new exotic interior designed by Note Design Studio. “We want you to create an interior design that people either love or hate and that nobody is indifferent to!” This was the condition of the owner of this funky place, Michael Toutoungi. Based on the concept, the designers began searching for extremes where passion and hate were equally present. They combined the Spanish temperament with the Scandinavian coolness and the inspiration from the bullfighter´s movements across the arena. The result was an unusual coffee place the design of which is reminiscent of Baertling´s lines.

Capricorn House in Germany by Gatermann & Schossig Architekten

The Capricorn House located in Medienhafen, Düsseldorf, Germany was designed by Gatermann + Schossig Architekten. It is situated at the southern point of Düsseldorf harbor. The most essential feature of this eye-catching building with its red glass panels is the so-called i-modulFassade. There the problem of sound pollution exists, so a multi-functional facade module contains the necessary technology for controlling the building?s temperature and air quality. The building is equipped with an air-conditioning system for cooling, heating, ventilation and heat recovery. The architects also integrated lighting, sound absorption and room acoustics elements in the façade panel. The Capricorn building attracts attention and looks very modern and stylish.

This interesting house with a classic Victorian exterior and modern, light interiors was named George Residential. The house is located in Australia and was designed by architect Matt Gibson. Looking at the first photo, you can guess that the design of the front façade was made in this style to the residence didn?t stand out among the neighboring houses. The back facade of the house has a modern look that makes it something like a bridge between past and present. The bright interior of the house are decorated in a minimalist style with only the most modern and high quality furniture and appliances. Tremendous Redding Residence at Desert Mountain

This amazing house is awarded with the Best Custom Home 5,000 to 10,000 s.f. from MERIT AWARDS. It was designed by Kendle Design Collaborative. The designers try to match the architect concept and the interior design with the surroundings of the Arizona desert. Hereof says the pale and soft palette used. Sandy colour of the cooper roof creates the feeling of the harmony with the terrain. The inhabitants of this residence can enjoy the wonderful landscapes opening outside via a glass wall. The home is oriented toward the lake view. At the same time the designers try to eliminate the view of adjacent homes from the interior of this house enhancing both the views out.

White House Design: North Bay Road Residence

The beautiful white villa is located in Florida. This house was designed by the Touzet Studio Architect, and was named North Bay Road Residence. You may notice that the white color is almost the only, as in the facade of the house and its interiors. It gives absolutely stunning effect: villa, surrounded by palm trees, looks like an amazing sea pearl. As in many other homes built in Florida, it has a lot of open areas for recreation in the air, large swimming pool and small quay. The interiors are striking with their whiteness, which seems impractical for real life. But this residence is one more evidence of white interior design beauty.

Beach Family House by Kontrast Arquitectura Architects

The Zamel House is located on the tropical beach in La Bocana, Bahías de Huatulco, Oaxaca, Mexico. It was created for a young family from LA by Mexican studio Kontrast Arquitectura Architects. The house features large open-air living area on the first floor and the luxurios appartment on the second. The external entertainment areas are connected by compact comfortable patio, most of which occupied by long swimming pool. The swimming pools like that are perfect for those who do not only swim to relax, but also to work out. Large windows on the second floor allow seeing the ocean literally from any point of the house. We also loved the illuminated tree branch that is very successfully used for decoration.
