Stained Glass Art House by Tom Fruin

There are some cities and countries that can be proud of its architecture connected with fairy-tales and of famous people who lived there. Finland is known for the residence of Santa-Claus. Sweden was the home-land for Astrid Lindgren. Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, was the place of living for Hans Christian Andersen. And this city is also well-known for the statue of Little Mermaid. But it is not the only touch of fairy-tale in Copenhagen. Tom Fruin, the New-York based architect, has designed an unusual stained glass art house right in the middle of the city. It looks really amazing and unreal especially at night when it is lit from the inside. Moreover all the space around this miraculous house is coloured by wide range of lights. It is extremely beautiful! Tom Fruin was inspired by all the lights that he had faced in Copenhagen so he decided to combine them all in his own one. The result was this piece of faire-tale.

Valentine's Day Decorating

If you're going to celebrate Valentine's Day with your beloved, we suggest starting with romantic decor. Thus, our goal is to turn an apartment or house in the love nest, where everything breathes of love and happiness... Red and pink colors, which are associated with this holiday, will help us. It?s better to choose silk bedding, curtains and lots of soft cushions to create the necessary atmosphere. And, of course, no one has canceled the traditional rose petals. An interesting solution may be a vinyl wall sticker with the theme of Valentine's Day. And of course, hearts and colorful confetti, red, pink and white candles, chocolates and sweets are still relevant. We wish you happiness, love and a wonderful Valentine's Day!

Fresh Flowers from Itunube Studio: Be creative

The tradition of giving flowers as gift gets its new modern incarnation with the collection of Fresh flowers by Itunube studio. It is a collection of 32 flowers printed on newsprint, one per page and per day of the month. The Spanish designer Sandra Bautista suggested the way of having the flowers on your table every day. She decided to catalogue them and provided an alternative means of sending them by post. All the flowers for this book were selected and photographed carefully. You can choose any you like: wild, cultivated, hothouse or exotic ones. You simply need to choose a flower, to place it as the cover, to make a roll with all pages together and to put it in a vase. Extravagant Toilet Paper Roll Art by Junior Fritz Jacquet

While we throw a toilet paper roll away without any hesitation, Junior Fritz Jacquet finds a peculiar way to make use of these rolls. He creates unique sculptures out of them. Who could have thought that they could be turned into fascinating face sculptures? Since childhood the designer is fascinated by the paper. He explores and experiments with different techniques of folding and crumpling to create different objects that make the interior brighter and more expressive. The faces are sculptures by hand at first and then coated with shellac and different pigments. These sculptures are not pretty, someone will even consider it ugly, but still they are very unusual and audacious.
