Beach House Design for sale by Steven Harris Architects

Steven Harris Architects have created this beautiful glass house design of Surfside Residence. Located in Montauk (State of New York), the mansion features four bedrooms and bathrooms. Built near the sea, it has its own access to the private beach. If you even don’t want to leave the residence, you can relax in the pool and spa area. Due to the glass façade, this ocean front modern masterpiece dissolves boundaries between interior and exterior. But of course there some private corners which are hidden from prying eyes. The modern interior is designed in the style of a beach house and you could get this house for 9,950,000$ on the Sotheby’s International website.

Beach Road 2 by Hughes Umbanhowar Architects

What can be better than contemporary white villa on the ocean shore? Beach Road Residence 2 is fresh and amazing  project from architectural agency Hughes Umbanhowar Architects. This building is located in Jupiter Island, Florida. White facade of the building makes a striking contrast with the color spectrum of the beach. This house is conveniently located between the coastline and the road that runs along northern border of the island and occupies an area of 3600 square feet. Interiors were also designed in white color and you can find there interesting accessories like bright glass baubles or thematic paintings. The residence can be an ideal shelter and elegant island villa at the same time. It's like a ship that is always ready to sail.

Cozy Beach House by Nathan Good Architect

This small, charming beach house is located close to the coast in Oregon and it is very energy efficient. The house was designed by specialists from Nathan Good Architect, and got the name Cannon Beach Residence. Designed to generate as much energy as it consumes on an annual basis, the home is pursuing the goal of being a ?net-zero-energy? residence. The environmentally responsive design promotes a healthy indoor environment, saves energy with an ultra energy-efficient envelope, and utilized recycled and salvaged materials in its construction. During the construction were partially used recycled and natural materials. The house has a lot of windows, which offer magnificent views of the beach from the one side and of rocks from the other side. Interiors win over their comfort, coziness and incredible warmth due to wood surfaces. Via

Hot Water Beach House by Stevens Lawson

Hot Water Beach House is a small one-storey house, located on the east coast of the Coromandel Peninsula in New Zealand. The house was designed by architect Stevens Lawson. The house design consists of two parts connected by a glass corridor, that helps to protect the courtyard from the strong winds from the ocean, as well as to create a more cozy and secluded atmosphere. The facade was made of special treated cedar, which could be also met in the interior design along with oak and simple plywood. The main master bedroom and living areas are stretched out along the beach frontage and connected with open terrace.
