Luxury Can Siurell Villa Interiors by Curve Interior Design

Can Siurell Villa is located just above Port Andratx overlooking the Mediterranean coast. You can see a great contrast between classic Mallorcan-style exterior and contemporary luxury interiors. The fact is that two different design studios have created this beautiful masterpiece. The interiors were developed by Manchester-based Curve Interior Design while the exterior was designed by PH Mallorca. The heart of the mansion is a living room, which is integrated with dining area. All other rooms are located around this central part, divided into separate rooms. And of course, the residence features spacious terrace with loungers for sunbathing, endless pool, BBQ, dining table so the owners can spend all day enjoying thebeauty of nature.

Nettleton 195 House by SAOTA and Antoni Associates
Architectural Studio SAOTA headed by Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen in collaboration with the interior design studio Antoni Associates have created a modern private Nettleton 195 house in Clifton, suburb of Cape Town, South Africa. This large 5-storeyed family house is situated on a steep slope and offers magnificent panoramic ocean views. The entrance is made from above, from Nettleton Road, where the house looks like a small one-story building, and further goes down the slope. The project differs in its great attention to detail, creative advanced interiors and unusual rough finishes. You can see on pictures below how the exterior of the house combines concrete and ribbed zinc with hardwood and softwood.

Ninety7 @ Siglap by Aamer Architects
This fantastic luxury house by Aamer Architects is located in Singapore. Called Ninety7 @ Siglap, it was inspired by breathtaking views of the city  from atop Siglap Hill. The three-storeyed house attracts attention thanks to its curved geometric shapes, contemporary white facade and plenty of greenery. On the first floor there are 2  ‘Cabana’ bedrooms that provide access to the open terrace and a beautiful swimming pool. Living and dining areas are situated on the second floor and also lead to external verandas / terraces. And the top level includes master and family bedrooms where the owners could enjoy the most magnificent views. This project is a winner of the 2011 SIA Architectural Design Award in the category Individual House.

Xuan Lamp by INNOVO
Chinese design company INNOVO has created the collection of  original pendant lamps. Xuan, that means disorder, could brighten up any boring interior and add natural motifs. Looking at the photo, you can hardly guess that the lamp is made ??of bamboo. But it's true. The bamboo has been cut into very fine and smooth slices and twisted accordingly, giving the design a delicate appearance. And I should note one more interesting feature - Xuan can turn into a dancing lamp. If you just open the window, you'll see  fluttering and dancing  fibers of bamboo. Visit the designer's site here.

Welcoming Weissraum Dental Surgery by Ippolito Fleitz Group

You'll be surprised, but dental surgery can be not so terrible. For example Weissraum Dental Surgery in Munich looks more like a lounge area than a dental office. Dentist Mattias Fierbiger chose an old dance studio in a historic building in art deco style as place for his dental office and invited Peter Ippolito and Gunter Fleitz from Ippolito Fleitz Group. High ceilings, interesting stucco molding, oak floors were the base for this contemporary project. The interior is very light due to white color and gold elements add luxury. Everything was done to give the feel of hospitality and service.

Modern apartment design by DEN Architecture

Company DEN Architecture completed the interior design of an apartment in Miami, Florida. Young couple from Central America purchased this modern apartment in a prestigious building from the late 70s. An outdated plan needed the urgent intervention. Modern furniture and built in wardrobes do not press on the space, contrasting colors add originality. The main colors, used in the project, are classical for Central America design - the deep dark earth tones, mixed with a rich timber and diluted with bright red accents.

Creative Apartment Design by EXE STUDIO

Architects and designers from EXE STUDIO have completed the apartment design for a young business school student in Belgrade, Serbia. The total area of the flat is 69 square meters. All surfaces are painted in white with bright accents of black and green elements. Centerpiece of the design is a big black block placed between the living room and kitchen, that separated two zones. This item is a godsend in terms of functional - on the one hand, it is used as a stand for the TV, and on the other - it hides kitchen furniture. There are lots of hexagons in the interior; these designed elements are placed on the wall, at ceiling and at the box. They have three functions: shelves, lighting elements and masks. In general, the design is very creative and I think the young lady will feel herself comfortable there.
